Our LineFinders consists of members who make regular, scheduled trips to the DAR Library in Washington, DC.  Participation is voluntary, and many members take advantage of the organized visits to supplement their existing research, or to learn research techniques from trained and experienced lineage researchers in the chapter.

The Fairfax County Chapter NSDAR proudly supports the Col. William Grayson Society C.A.R. (Children of the American Revolution).  The Col. William Grayson Society is registered as a DAR-sponsored Junior American Citizens group.  Four of our chapter members hold State or National Society Positions with C.A.R.
